Loyalty – New Redemption Nudge Emails

Lots of itsu fans had fallen out of the habit of collecting butterflies, and many had unredeemed rewards on their account. The brief was to get these customers in store to claim their itsu freebies, remind them of the value of collecting butterflies and ultimately reignite their passion for itsu.

The ask was to produce four emails corresponding to the four different rewards itsu were giving away when the scheme launched: a free miso soup, snack, zen’water and meal.
